This Privacy Policy explains how Raja Boot House (RBH), Tingray Road, Dharni, Maharashtra, collects, uses and protects your information when you use the RBH app/website or contact RBH on WhatsApp.
By using RBH, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
RBH collects information to show you products, process your orders and, if you choose, send new-stock alerts.
- Account details - if you choose Google sign-in, we receive your name and email from Google. If you create an email-and-password account, we use your email for sign-in and account recovery; Firebase handles the password, and RBH does not store it.
- Order and delivery details - your name, phone number, delivery address and PIN code, when you share them for an order.
- Usage information - a simple daily visitor count for the app/website. This count is anonymous - it does not identify you personally.
- Messages - what you send to RBH on WhatsApp or by email, including photos you choose to share.
- Push notifications - only if you choose to enable new-stock alerts, Firebase receives a device push identifier to deliver them. You can turn alerts off in app Settings or your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and process your orders on WhatsApp.
- To deliver your products to the address you give.
- To respond to your questions, complaints or requests.
- To improve the app/website, products and offers.
- To send you order-related updates, and offers or new-product alerts only where you have allowed notifications.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- We do not take online payments on the app/website, and we never ask for your card PIN, banking password or OTP.
- We do not use advertising trackers or advertising cookies.
4. Storage & Third-Party Services
RBH uses trusted third-party services to run the app/website:
- Google Firebase - for sign-in, visitor counts, basic app data storage and new-stock push notifications only when you opt in.
- GitHub Pages - for hosting the app/website.
- WhatsApp - for order communication.
These services may process limited information as needed to provide their service, under their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
We keep order and contact information only as long as needed for your orders, customer support and legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact below).
6. Your Choices & Rights
- You can use the app/website without signing in - sign-in is optional.
- You can turn off notifications in the app Settings or your browser settings.
- You can ask RBH to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
7. Children
RBH is a general footwear store and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Orders for kids' footwear are placed by parents or guardians.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Please also protect yourself: never share passwords, OTPs, card PINs or other confidential banking credentials with RBH or anyone claiming to represent RBH.
9. Changes to This Policy
RBH may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the app/website with the revised date.
